Reagents Needed to Operate the VetScan HM2™
VetScan HM2 reagents are provided in a compact package that includes environmentally-friendly, cyanide-free reagents. The reagent pack includes the following:
- Diluent: Isotonic saline solution is used to dilute whole blood specimens and to rinse the fluidic system between measuring procedures.
- Rinse reagent: Rinse reagent, together with diluent are used to prevent salt built-up on aperture.
- Lysing reagent: Used to create hemolysate for 3-part WBC differential and for total WBC and HGB.
- Cleaner: Is used to perform cleaning process of the fluidics.
Calibrator
Abaxis® provides a calibrator for our customers to calibrate the instrument.
